Librarian Chic or not...

By Gem - 10:29:00

I've had a lovely week and had a fab time going for a meal with all the girls from school last night but I did something really bad... I was putting mascara on in my friends car and she went over a bump and the mascara went all over the roof of the car!!! It did come out though but I wont be putting make up on in the car again. You have been warned ;)

Just a few pictures of what I've been wearing to work this week and then I will post a lovely big post tonight of all the exciting things I'm doing today.

Dress: ASOS
Cardigan: asda
Brooch: Accesorize
Bracelet :Dorothy Perkins
Shoes: New Look

Waiting at the bus stop in a asos ensemble. What a daft pose!
Sookie wanted to say hi :)
Hope you all have a super Sunday
xx

  8. Thanks guys, it's hard to find smart but fun things to wear to work!
@emily- it's from asda and only about £8, bargain! they do them in lots of colours. I've got it in blue too and its been washed loads but still looks nice.

@Charlene- I always forget about f21 being in the UK now, they have plus size too! Might take another look at their site because there wasn't much on there in the first few weeks.

  11. I like the librarian chic style, it's adorable. I'm sure there has to be some cleaning product out there that could get out mascara.

  12. Hey, I'm a new follower! Clicked onto your blog from Rai's, and loved all your mentions of places in South Wales (I'm from Cardiff, although I'm in university in Brighton and I do miss Wales when I'm away).

  14. The mascara came out with eye makeup wipes and elbow grease apparently, I still feel bad about it!
I only paid about £2 for the bracelet in the sale :)

  15. The bracelet is so lovely, and the brooches are so delicate and beautiful. I never think to ever add a brooch to my clothing, but see this as me being inspired to do so xx

  16. @ I wear a brooch quite a lot because I'm allergic to the metal in jewellery you buy on the high street and it makes me go green too so a brooch is a good way for me to add a bit of excitiment and variation because I can't wear necklaces or earrings. I usually use a piece of ribbon as the necklace and add a pendant
